Here’s how we can work together:

  • The first step is to schedule a STR management consultation.

  • Good Vibe Getaways conducts an in-person or virtual property walk-through.

  • You, Dean, and Andie will complete a property evaluation to assess opportunities, challenges, and most importantly, your needs as a property owner. We discuss factors such as community restrictions, home amenities, house rules, safety hazards, revenue projections, utilities, timeline, etc.

  • Good Vibe Getaways provides a management proposal including a sample invoice & contract. You won’t see any unexpected fees from us!

  • Upon agreement, we will share a live Property Onboarding Checklist outlining all of the tasks required to prepare the home for launch and an estimated timeline until completion. Onboarding is an organized and active process that includes decluttering, cleaning, staging, photographing, and fulfilling any needed amenities.

  • Once onboarding is complete, Good Vibe Getaways will take over management of your home and it is smooth sailing from there! Relax knowing your property and your guests are in good hands.
